Various nozzles are available, standard type for general air, and special for Nitrogen-gas. Customize is also available, please contact our oversea division.
- What is ZappIII?
In our Piezoizer series, ZappIII is the next generation to ZappII. ZappIII has the same shape, dimensions and compatibility with ZappII, can be perfectly instead of ZappII for upgrade. Flow-control type(ZappⅢ-C),Hig-flow type(ZappⅢ-H, 320L/min at 0.5MPa), Insulation type(ZappⅢ-U)are available for various needs. Option nozzles are same to ZappII. - High reliability
Air joint and nozzle application are all with high ozone resistance. - Various nozzles
A wide variety of nozzles are available to choose。 - Nitrogen-gas nozzle is also in the nozzle list.
- Ensure safety
While cleaning and replacing the discharge needle, the high voltage output will stop. - Easy maintenance
Pulling out the trans-box makes clean and change the discharge needle easily and safe. - High voltage stop alarm
LED light will be turned on while high voltage stopped.
(Output circuit:Normal-open and Normal-closed) - Clean-Check「C.C」
LED light will be turned on when the needle needs cleaning.

High-flow type(320L/min at 0.5 MPa) type ZappIII-H is available. - Adjust screw
ZappIII-C hase a built-in flow volume control function, can adjust from high to low freely. - Insulation type
For the equipment that cannot be grounded or the housing not grounded, we offer Insulation type ZappIII-U. - Conversion cable
Conversion cable OZIII-HCB-01 makes replacing ZappII to ZappIII easily. - Tip nozzle is option.

Standard option
The listed nozzles can only be used in normal environments.
Nitrogen gas option
The listed nozzles are designed for nitrogen gas(N2) using. Be sure to use OZ-N series for Nitrogen gas condition.
Static elimination features(ZappII、ZappII-H)

(Note 2):Decay time ±1000V→±100V
(Note 3):Measure from 50mm distance to the plate monitor.
